 California
glass artist Lucia Yang’s functional and decorative fused glasswork reflects
her love for bold designs, vivid colors and beautifully detailed creations. She was born in Taiwan and came to the U.S. to
study art, where she earned her Master’s degree in Art History. Lucia spent ten years working in museums and galleries.
While working in these settings with glass artists, she developed an interest in glass-fusing which has
now become her professional pursuit. Her ongoing experimentation with new fused glass techniques has led to unique artistic
pieces such as centerpieces, wall sculptures, lighting, platters, dishes, accessories, and jewelry. She is responsible for
our beautiful Pinch Salt Plates. Her works has been highlighted in LA Times and Home Décor magazines and Metropolitan Home, also featured in a television
show called HGTV’s “That’s Clever”.

Robin
Bequet has always enjoyed creating fine confections for her friends and family. When her 25 year career in technology
sales management and business management ended with the telecom crash of 2001, she saw an opportunity to think seriously about
what she wanted to do next. Having great passion for fine confections and having received rave reviews for her caramels, she
began thinking about an artisan caramel business.
She was only interested in creating a business if she could be certain that hers was the best caramel
available. Blind taste tests showed 17 out of 18 adults tested preferred Bequet caramel over 4 other high end gourmet caramels.
At the encouragement of friends and family Robin launched Bequet Confections in December 2001, near their home in Bozeman,
Montana. Since then, Bequet Confection's uncompromising commitment to quality has resulted in wide recognition and numerous
awards.
